Tirsdag d. 5. april afholder vi april måneds fællesspisning. Det foregår i Drop-in på Telefonfabrikken (Telefonvej 8) fra kl. 17.00-20.00. Medbring en lille ret til den fælles buffet, og kom og hyg dig sammen med os.

Denne aften får vi også besøg af 2 etniske sundhedsformidlere, Khushnood og Mouna. De vil rådgive om de forskellige tilbud om motion og kost, som du kan finde i Gladsaxe Kommune. Og Mouna vil også vise øvelser, du selv kan lave derhjemme.

Joint meal and visit from health advisors

Tuesday April 5th we have this month’s Joint meal. It is in Drop-in at Telefonfabrikken (Telefonvej 8) from 5 – 8 p.m. Bring a small dish to the common buffet and come and have a cozy time with us.

That evening we will too be visited by 2 health advisors, Khushnood and Mouna. They will give you advices on where to find activities about diet and exercise in Gladsaxe Municipality. And Mouna will show you some exercises you can do at home.
